Introduction

The Performance Report provides a performance summary of every share in the portfolio. The performance report can be run over any date range by using the Show Performance Selector. Note that return figures in the Performance Report relate to shares owned during the reporting period, sold shares are reported separately in the Sold Shares Report.

Show Performance Selector

The Show Performance Selector allows you to choose the time period over which you wish to see the returns and indicate whether you wish to view returns in $ or as a % p.a. The selection criteria apply to the Shares Table. The date range for the report defaults to the previous financial year.

Shares Table

The Shares Table contains two sections one for Australian shares and one for NZ shares. Subtotals are displayed for each section with overall performance totals shown at the bottom of the table. The Price, Quantity, and Value figures are as at the end of the reporting period selected. Click on any column heading to reorder the table by the contents of that column. For example click on ‘Capital Gain’ and the table will be ordered by capital gains in descending order. Click on the column again and the order will reverse.
